These Terms and Conditions apply to the website, free resources, Free Lead Recovery Snapshot, 5-Day Lead Recovery Sprint and any related services provided by Ryan Bailey Consulting.

1. About our services

Ryan Bailey Consulting provides lead recovery, data review, sales follow-up, digital strategy and related support for service-based businesses.

Services may include:

  • Free lead magnets and checklists
  • Free Lead Recovery Snapshot reviews
  • CSV or spreadsheet reviews
  • Lead flow reviews
  • Follow-up message planning
  • Lead recovery campaign planning
  • 5-Day Lead Recovery Sprint
  • Simple reporting and recommendations

2. Free lead magnet

The free lead magnet is provided for general information and practical guidance only.

It is not legal, financial, accounting, data protection or compliance advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use the information in your own business.

3. Free Lead Recovery Snapshot

The Free Lead Recovery Snapshot is a limited review based on the information you provide.

You may be asked to provide a sample CSV, spreadsheet or list of up to 100 old enquiries, missed calls, quote requests or quiet leads.

The Snapshot is designed to identify whether there may be a sensible recovery opportunity. It does not guarantee that leads will reply, book, buy or become customers.

Ryan Bailey Consulting may decide that the data is not suitable for a paid Sprint. If there is no sensible recovery batch to run, we will tell you clearly.

4. CSV and data uploads

If you upload or send a CSV, spreadsheet, CRM export, enquiry list, quote list, missed call list or similar file, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to share the data.
  • You have collected the data lawfully.
  • You have an appropriate lawful basis to use the data for review or follow-up.
  • The data does not include unnecessary sensitive information.
  • The data is relevant to the requested service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data provided.

Ryan Bailey Consulting is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, unlawful, outdated or wrongly supplied data.

You should remove any information that is not needed for the review or service.

5. Client responsibility for compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that any lead recovery activity, customer follow-up, marketing, email, SMS, phone or other communication complies with applicable laws and regulations.

This includes, where relevant:

  • UK GDPR
  • Data Protection Act 2018
  • PECR
  • Direct marketing rules
  • Industry-specific rules
  • Your own privacy notices and customer terms

Ryan Bailey Consulting can help structure practical follow-up activity, but you remain responsible for ensuring that your business has the right to contact the individuals in your data.

6. Approval before contact

Ryan Bailey Consulting will not contact individuals from your CSV, spreadsheet or lead list unless this has been agreed as part of the service.

Where follow-up messages are prepared, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the messaging before any campaign is run, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. 5-Day Lead Recovery Sprint

The 5-Day Lead Recovery Sprint is a practical, outcome-focused service.

The exact deliverables may vary depending on the data provided, but may include:

  • Review of old enquiries, quote requests or lead records
  • Cleaning and organising the recovery list
  • Grouping leads by recovery type
  • Creating follow-up messages
  • Preparing or running an initial recovery campaign
  • Reviewing replies
  • Identifying warm opportunities
  • Providing a simple results report or next-step plan

The Sprint is not a guarantee of sales, revenue, appointments, replies or customer recovery.

The results depend on many factors outside Ryan Bailey Consulting's control, including your data quality, market demand, customer interest, previous follow-up, pricing, reputation, timing and offer.

8. Fees and payment

The 5-Day Lead Recovery Sprint may be offered at £495 during the current validation or beta period.

Payment terms will be confirmed before the service begins.

Work may not begin until payment has been received, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Prices may change at any time, but any confirmed paid service will be charged at the price agreed at the time of booking.

9. Refunds

Because the 5-Day Sprint involves time, review, preparation and service delivery, refunds are not automatically available once work has started.

If there is an issue, contact ryanbaileyconsulting@gmail.com and we will review the situation fairly.

If Ryan Bailey Consulting decides before starting that the data is not suitable for the Sprint, we may recommend that you do not proceed.

10. No guarantee of results

Ryan Bailey Consulting does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of replies
  • A specific number of booked calls
  • A specific number of recovered customers
  • A specific amount of revenue
  • That every lead is contactable
  • That every email or phone number is valid
  • That a campaign will produce sales

Any examples, estimates or potential revenue figures are for illustration only.

11. Limitation of liability

Ryan Bailey Consulting is not responsible for:

  • Inaccurate data supplied by you
  • Unlawful data supplied by you
  • Outdated or invalid contact details
  • Poor quality or incomplete lead records
  • Customer complaints caused by your existing customer relationship or previous follow-up
  • Loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity
  • Technical issues caused by third-party platforms
  • Results affected by your pricing, offer, service quality, availability or reputation

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

12. Third-party tools

We may use third-party tools to provide the service, such as cloud storage, spreadsheets, CRM tools, email tools, booking software, payment processors, data verification tools and automation tools.

Ryan Bailey Consulting is not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes or service limitations caused by third-party platforms.

13. Confidentiality

We will treat client data, CSV files, spreadsheets and business information as confidential.

We will not intentionally share your uploaded data with unrelated third parties, except where necessary to provide the service, operate the business, comply with the law, or use trusted service providers.

14. Intellectual property

Lead magnets, templates, checklists, message frameworks, reports and service materials created by Ryan Bailey Consulting remain the intellectual property of Ryan Bailey Consulting unless agreed otherwise in writing.

You may use materials provided to you for your own internal business purposes.

You may not resell, copy, publish or redistribute them as your own product without permission.

15. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, upload malicious files, or use forms for spam, abuse or unlawful purposes.

16. Changes to services or terms

Ryan Bailey Consulting may update services, prices, website content, offers and these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on the website.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
